Polar Lakes Playground Replacement Project

Beginning in early 2022 the Park Board began the planned replacement process for the existing playground. A Request for Bids (RFB) was prepared by staff and reviewed by the Park Board in March for recommendation of approval by the Town Board also in March. The RFB's were due on April 13th. Two RFB's were submitted for review and recommendation by the Park Board to the Town Board. One from Webber Recreation Design, Inc. and the other from St. Croix Recreation. The Town Board accepted the RFB's on May 2, 2022 and awarded the project to St. Croix Recreation for $485,000.00.
