1. I am a new resident to the Township. Do you have any helpfull information for me?

2. I am moving into the Township. Who do I contact about utilities?

If you will be moving into White Bear Township, please contact the Township Utility Billing Clerk at 651-747-2754 to set up your sewer and water account. Please advise the Clerk of your closing date, and how you would like your name to appear on the billing statement. Sewer and water bills are sent out quarterly. Payments may be made by cash, check, auto withdrawal from a checking or savings account, and by credit or debit card in person or over the phone.

Republic Services is the only licensed garbage hauler in White Bear Township. You can contact them at 952-941-5174 or by visiting their website.

3. How do I homestead my property?

Ramsey County handles homestead applications. Go to Ramsey County Hometead

4. Are garage sales permitted?

Residents are permitted to hold two garage sales per year, not to exceed six days total.

5. What are the winter parking restrictions?

The parking of any motor vehicle upon any road or street in White Bear Township is prohibited between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. from November 1st through April 1st of each year.

In addition - No motor vehicle shall be parked on any highway or street or boulevard within the Town of White Bear after a snowfall of one (1) inch or more which necessitates the plowing and removal of snow from the highways, streets, boulevards and alleys in the Town until such time as the plowing and snow removal is completed. No motor vehicle, trailer, or other obstruction shall be located within two (2) feet of any street, highway, boulevard or alley after a snowfall of one (1) inch until such time as the plowing and snow removal has been completed.

6. Does the Township have a community day?

Yes - "Township Day" is the second Saturday in September each year. Festivities are held in Polar Lake Park located next to the Township Administrative Offices at 1281 Hammond Road.
