White Bear Township may consider exempting a Town resident from having to subscribe to and pay for regular garbage pick-up if certain requirements can be met. The requirements are outlined in the link below. Please note that there will still be a fee collected from an exempted resident to cover the cost of collecting garbage from public areas such as parks, streets, municipal buildings, and to cover the annual spring clean-up costs, and recycling programs. For more information click on the link below.
